What is the minimum order?
Our minimum is just 12 patches, with bulk pricing tiers that drop as quantities grow. A single squad, shift or trip is a perfectly normal order here.
How long does an order take?
Your free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and finished patches ship in about 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).
Why PVC instead of embroidery?
Detail and durability. Moulded rubber holds thin lines, small text and exact brand colours that thread cannot, and it shrugs off sun, salt and solvents that fray a stitched patch within a season.
Can you match my exact brand colours?
Yes. The rubber is mixed to the colour references you send rather than picked from a thread chart, and the mockup shows the matched swatches before anything is moulded.
What backings can I have?
Plain, hook-and-loop, or adhesive. Hook is standard for anything going on a plate carrier, pack or jacket, and we can supply matching loop panels where the garment has none.
Can you cut a custom shape?
Any shape. The outline is cut by the mould rather than trimmed from a rectangle, so shields, hexes, animals and equipment silhouettes all cost the same as a circle.
I only have a rough sketch — is that enough?
Yes, and it is how most orders start. Our designers redraw sketches as clean vector artwork free of charge, then show you the mockup before any tooling is cut.
Do I pay anything before I approve the design?
Nothing. Mockups and revisions are free and unlimited, and you only pay once the artwork is exactly what you want.
