2D Soft PVC Patches

A 2D PVC patch is built from flat layers of soft rubber moulded into one piece, which is why it can hold detail embroidery simply cannot. Thin outlines, small text, gradients faked as tight colour steps, a registered mark at quarter-inch height — all of it survives, and none of it frays.

Colour is matched to your brand rather than to a thread chart. Embroidery forces you onto the nearest available thread; a moulded patch is mixed to the colour you specify, so the blue on the patch is the blue in your brand guide.

The finish is matte by default, which reads as issued kit rather than merchandise. Every patch is UV stable, washes without bleeding, and shrugs off the solvents and salt that destroy stitched patches within a season.
