Hook-and-Loop PVC Patches

Hook backing is what turns a patch into kit. It comes off the carrier for the wash, moves onto the pack for a trip, goes back on for the next shift, and never puts a stitch through a shell you paid a lot of money for.

We laminate the hook to the patch rather than sewing it on, so there is no thread line around the edge and nothing to unpick. Loop panels can be supplied to match where the garment does not already have one — useful on jackets and civilian packs.

The one thing to get right is size. Measure the loop field on the garment before you order, because a patch a quarter-inch too wide for a plate carrier panel is a patch that curls at the corners. Send us the measurement and we will fit the artwork to it.
